Core Structure and Working Principle
Pay-off System: Comprises a central pay-off stand and multiple
planetary cradles; these support the cable reels and rotate with
the stranding cage while utilizing a gear mechanism to achieve
precise back-twist.
Main Stranding Cage: Constructed using thick-walled seamless steel
pipe and supported by large-scale bearings, ensuring high rigidity
and smooth operation; certain models support modular tandem
configurations.
Control System: Modern units typically employ PLC and touchscreen
controls combined with variable-frequency drive (VFD) motors to
enable stepless lay-length adjustment and tension synchronization.

Power Transmission Cables: Production of high/medium-voltage power
cables, Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) cables, and
large-cross-section Milliken conductors.
Data and Communication Cables: Manufacturing of high-speed data
cables—such as Ethernet, USB 3.1+, and QSFP—to ensure signal
integrity and minimize crosstalk.
Specialty and New Energy Cables: Suitable for medical instrument
cables, robotic drag-chain cables, automotive wiring harnesses, and
high-current cables for EV charging stations.

Electric control system:
The electric control part is composed of power cabinet, operation
cabinet, touch screen, etc., and there are corresponding control
buttons on each unit
The electrical cabinet is designed with good mechanical properties
and dustproof performance, and is equipped with a proper amount of
forced ventilation fans.
The power supply is: 3-wire 5-phase system, 380V (±10%) 50HZ.
Total installed power: 230KW
Motor protection function: The electrical control circuit is
designed with: phase loss, overload, and overheat protection
functions to prevent motor damage.
The alarm fault information can be queried on the touch screen, and
it has the functions of alarm fault and production process data
storage.
Operating system: It can view and modify various parameter settings
in the production process in real time, such as pitch, production
speed, current working status and other information.
All drive motors are designed with encoders and the encoder
feedback operates in a closed loop control system.
The unit adopts PLC unified coordination control operation. It
adopts touch screen HMI to operate. Simple and convenient operation
