Contant tension control system and intelligent brake system:

• The reel tension of each section of the strand adopts a pneumatic proportional valve controller, which automatically calculates and tracks the reel diameter to adjust the reel tension to ensure the stability of the reel tension. • For the loading operation of each section of the strand, an AC motor is used to drive the strand to rotate through a large speed reducer for slow positioning. The AC motor is driven by a Danfoss inverter, and the inverter is controlled by a bus.
• The control power supply of this machine adopts UPS uninterruptible power supply to ensure that it does not lose control when the power fails. All frequency converters are connected by a common DC bus to achieve load sharing. It is also equipped with a traction flywheel to ensure that the cable will not be over-twisted in the event of a power failure.
